This privacy policy explains how Poket Inc. (“Poket”, “we”, “us” or “our) collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes personal information in connection with our mobile applications (collectively the “Poket App” or the “App”), our web portal (the “Poket Portal”), and website located at www.poketapp.com (the “Website”). As used in this privacy policy, “personal information” means information about an identifiable individual.

About the Poket App and Web Portal
Poket provides tools to help researchers and organizations (our “Clients”) collect data for their projects. In doing so, we may collect personal information relating to Clients and their employees and representatives (“Client Data”). In connection with our Client’s use of our tools, we may also process and analyze personal information relating to our Client’s employees, representatives, or any other program participants (“Contributor” and “Contributor Data”).
We also process Contributor Data on behalf of our Clients as their service provider. Our Clients are accountable for the Contributor Data that we process on their behalf. If you are a Contributor participating in a project led by one of our Clients and have questions about how your Contributor Data is handled, please contact the Client directly.
Poket provides tools to help researchers and organizations (our “Clients”) collect data for their projects. In doing so, we may collect personal information relating to Clients and their employees and representatives (“Client Data”). In connection with our Client’s use of our tools, we may also process and analyze personal information relating to our Client’s employees, representatives, or any other program participants (“Contributor” and “Contributor Data”).
We also process Contributor Data on behalf of our Clients as their service provider. Our Clients are accountable for the Contributor Data that we process on their behalf. If you are a Contributor participating in a project led by one of our Clients and have questions about how your Contributor Data is handled, please contact the Client directly.
Collection and Use of Information
The Client Data we collect includes: name, username, password, phone number, email address or financial information.
Information that Clients input into our artificial intelligence-based tools and features available in the Poket Portal, including tools intended for data analysis, survey and form creation, translation features, and data validation. Poket will have access to prompts, outputs, and any information or data inputted into these tools. Data inputted into and generated by the tools will not be used to train artificial intelligence models.
The Contributor Data we collect includes:
Contributor’s name, username and password, e-mail address, phone number, location, and in some cases, mobile money account information (for Client to send rewards);
Information about a Contributor’s activity in the Poket App, which includes when and where the Contributor logs in from, what parts of the App the Contributor uses and for how long, and Contributor location (longitude and latitude); and Information that a Contributor may provide when the Contributor communicates with us
We also collect the information that Contributors input into the Poket App. Contributors are required to obtain an individual’s consent before inputting any personal information about a third party into the Poket App. If you fail to comply with this requirement, we may revoke your access to the Poket App and may terminate your ability to earn rewards. We will also collect your name and email address if you contact us with an inquiry in order to respond to your message.
We use Client Data and Contributor Data to:
provide and administer the Poket App or Web Portal as requested;
determine suitability for our products and services;
provide data analysis services to our Clients, which could include the use of artificial intelligence tools without any human intervention;
help Clients reward Contributor for entering information into the Poket App;
communicate with Contributors regarding the Poket App, Clients regarding the Web Portal and other Poket services and respond to requests and inquiries;
develop, improve, and refine the Poket App and other Poket services;
if applicable, administer Client specific points and/or awards;
troubleshoot issues and measure the performance of the Poket App and other Poket services; and
manage and administer our business, including to detect and prevent against error and fraud and enforce our agreements with Clients.
